If Dyson does not collect your personal information, then it may not be able to fulfil the Purposes.

If your claim is assessed as valid, Dyson will provide you with instructions on how to return your machine to Dyson’s Georgian premises. Dyson will cover the cost of delivery of the product within Georgia.

8. Dyson has absolute discretion to determine whether these Terms and Conditions have been satisfied entitling you to a refund under this offer.

9. The product, all accessories and any gifts or bonus products must be returned undamaged, in full working order, in original packaging and with original proof of purchase.
