Please note: Once customized, products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Terms and conditions for the provision of personalized embossing service

Personalization is available only on original Dyson cases purchased at official Dyson stores in Tbilisi.
The customer is informed that cases with personalized embossing of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, except in cases covered by warranty.
The customer is informed that the actual hot embossing result may differ from the preview/mock-up.
The customer has been informed and agrees that the lifespan of the embossing is shorter than the lifespan of the product it is applied to. Changes in color and/or integrity of the embossing during use and/or storage of the product are not considered a manufacturing defect and cannot be used as grounds for claims to Dyson regarding product quality.
Dyson reserves the right to refuse the service without providing a reason.
